Privacy
Mémoire collects nothing. There are no analytics, no telemetry, no accounts. The macOS app and the CLI run on your machine. The only network calls leaving your computer are the AI providers you configure (Claude, Codex, Hermes, Ollama, OpenCode), and the package registries the CLI installs from.
Provider privacy policies apply when you call them. Mémoire is the harness. It just hands them your prompt.
Terms of use
Mémoire is a tool, not a service. There is no SaaS account to terminate, no usage cap, no commercial tier. Install it. Run it. Own the work. Use it for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The MIT license linked below covers the legal text. Everything important fits on this page.
Open source. No profit.
All of Mémoire is open source under the MIT license. Source for the CLI and Studio: github.com/sarveshsea/m-moire. Notes pack: github.com/sarveshsea/memoire-notes. License: MIT.
